What happens if I cancel WordPress Hosting after launch?
Hosting is required to keep the landing page online. If hosting is canceled, the landing page will go offline on the hosting anniversary date. If reactivated within 30 days of deactivation, the site typically comes back online; after 30 days, recovery may not be possible.
Can I host it somewhere else?
Yes. We can provide the site files for transfer, but once moved to another host, maintenance becomes your responsibility and we cannot support it.
What are anchor links and menu items?
The top menu links scroll the visitor to sections on the same page. Up to 5 anchor menu items are included. If you need more, additional work can be handled hourly.
What is Landing Page Support?
Landing Page Support keeps the page updated, fixes bugs and broken links, replaces images and text on request, and provides urgent help if the page goes offline. It is optional, and it is required for us to complete edits after the page is approved.
