Stop Guessing. Get a Clear SEO Game Plan for Google and AI Search.
Search has changed. It started with phone books and Yellow Pages, shifted to Google, and now it is evolving again as people use AI to find businesses. This strategy session identifies what is holding your visibility back, then gives you a prioritized 90-day plan to improve performance across Search, Maps, and AI-driven discovery.

Strategy First, Then Execution.
Most businesses are busy, so marketing becomes random: a post here, an ad there, a website update once in a while. We build a plan you can understand, then install automatic lead capture systems and websites that execute it consistently, so growth becomes predictable. Strategy is led by Mad Pelican Marketing; AI tools speed up analysis, but recommendations are validated and refined by humans.
Step 1
We review your website, local presence, and what search engines and AI systems can actually understand.
Step 2
Diagnose: We identify technical issues, content gaps, and local SEO weaknesses that block visibility.
Step 3
Roadmap: You get quick wins plus a 90-day plan aligned to leads, calls, and revenue.
What This Is

SEO is no longer just “rank on Google.”
It is about being discoverable across Google Search, Google Maps, and AI-driven search experiences (answer engines, voice assistants, and AI summaries).
The progression matters
- 80s and 90s: Discovery meant the phone book and Yellow Pages.
- 2000s: Discovery shifted to the internet, with Google becoming the default gateway.
- Now: Discovery is increasingly happening inside AI systems that summarize, recommend, and answer questions without always sending clicks.
This audit gives you a practical plan to improve visibility in the places people actually search today.
What’s included
- Website structure and on-page SEO review
- Technical SEO red-flag scan (indexing, speed, mobile, architecture)
- Local SEO assessment, including Google Business Profile (if applicable)
- Competitor snapshot, focused on what is actually working in your market
- AI-readiness review, meaning whether your site is structured to be understood and recommended by AI tools
- A prioritized fix list, quick wins first
- A 90-day roadmap tied to leads, calls, and revenue
Why AI changes the game
AI is changing how people find businesses because it does three things differently:
- It answers, not just lists. People ask, “Who is the best pool builder near me?” and AI tries to answer directly.
- It rewards clarity and consistency. AI leans on sites with strong structure, clear services, and consistent business info across the web.
- It favors content written for humans. If your pages are vague, thin, or confusing, AI struggles to recommend you.
That is why this audit includes AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI visibility as part of the strategy, without turning your website into keyword soup.

What We Do

What We Review
Website and technical
- Crawlability and indexing signals
- Page titles, headings, internal linking, topical focus
- Speed and mobile usability red flags
- Basic schema and “entity clarity” so search engines and AI can interpret your business correctly
Local SEO and trust signals (if applicable)
- Google Business Profile completeness, categories, services, photos, posts
- NAP consistency (name, address, phone) and citation hygiene
- Local visibility blockers, such as category conflicts and weak proximity signals
Content and intent
- Are your service pages built to convert, or just “look nice?”
- Do you clearly explain services, process, service areas, and differentiators?
- Do you cover the real questions customers ask, in a way AI can summarize?
Competitors
- Who is winning locally and why
- What content coverage and service depth they have that you do not
- Realistic opportunities to outrank them
Requirements
What We Need From You
To make the session productive, please provide:
-
- Your current website URL (or your draft plan if it is a new site)
- Top 1 to 3 business goals for the site
- A short list of services or products you want featured
- Any “must-have” features (booking, forms, eCommerce, memberships, etc.)
- Access is not required for the call, but helps if we are auditing live pages

Pricing

Simple Flat-Rate Pricing
SEO Strategy Review and Audit (flat rate): $500
This is strategy and planning. Implementation, ongoing SEO services, content production, and link building are separate.
Important notes
- SEO is compounding, not instant. You should expect meaningful progress over 3 to 6 months, depending on competition.
- AI discovery is not replacing Google. It is stacking on top of it. You need both.
- If your site is outdated or thin, the highest ROI move is often fixing core service pages before publishing more blogs.
What the Process Looks Like
- Order submission and prep questions: You submit your order and answer a short set of questions about your goals, services, service areas, and current challenges.
- Access and intake: We request access as needed, such as GA4, Search Console, and Google Business Profile. If you do not have these set up, we will tell you what is missing and what to do next.
- Audit and strategy session: We complete the audit, then walk you through findings and priorities.
- Roadmap delivery: You receive your fix list and 90-day plan, written in plain English so it can be executed by your team or ours.
